Lions Club Food Drive Spring Arbor Michigan

SPRING ARBOR, Mich. – The Spring Arbor University athletic department is partnering with the Parma-Spring Arbor Lions Club to host a Food Drive to collect non-perishable food items at the Cougar men’s basketball game on Saturday, Dec. 10.

 

Students are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item, while fans that bring one will receive free admission to the game. The contributions will go towards the Lions Club Christmas baskets which will be redistributed to help feed local families during the holiday season. Donations will also be welcomed.

 

The Cougars will be hosting Grace Bible College at 3 p.m.

 

Lions Club International is the world’s largest service club organization. With more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world, its members are dedicated to doing whatever is needed to help their local communities.
