An area of high pressure will build into Ontario today. This fair weather system will generate southeast winds here in Michigan…drawing a dry airmass into the state.

A low pressure system will attempt to move in from the west on Tuesday…but it will be slowing down. Thus it looks like any chance for rain will hold off until Wednesday.

Today:  Sunny, with a high near 69. East southeast wind 6 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.

Tonight:  Partly cloudy, with a low around 47. East southeast wind 11 to 14 mph.

Tuesday:  Partly sunny, with a high near 71. South southeast wind 8 to 10 mph.

Sunday’s high temperature in Jackson was 70 at 4:44 PM, the low was 33 at 5:06 AM. 

Normal high for today is 62.  The record high is 83, set in 1960.

No precipitation yesterday.  Month to date:  3.43 inches.
