The Jackson Area Transportation Authority’s Simon Foster and Jackson Police Deputy Chief John Holda are partnering with sponsors (JTV, M-Live, Rave Associates, Jackson County Substance Abuse Coalition) to present the New Year’s Eve Shuttle.
