The Sam Bernstein Law Firm and JTV are honoring our community’s Hometown Heroes.

Brave men and women who live in our communities. They serve the public as police officers,  fire fighters, public safety officers and first responders. Risking their lives to keep us safe each and every day. They’ll tell you its all part of the job.

We at The Sam Bernstein Law Firm and JTV want to tell you more. We want to tell you their incredible stories. The ones that, all too often, never get told.

You can help us salute these hometown heroes by letting us know how your life has been affected or changed by the strength and bravery of someone who has answered your call for help in a time of need. We also invite local police, fire, public safety and EMS departments to submit stories about your fellow Hometown Heroes.

About Hometown Heroes…

The Sam Bernstein Law Firm and JTV are inviting viewers to nominate an individual deserving the honor of Hometown Hero.  A panel of judges will review submissions and select five Hometown Hero finalists to be honored.  The stories of the five finalists will be presented on JTV and on our Facebook pages.  Viewers and Facebook visitors will be invited to vote for the finalist they feel is most deserving.  JTV will share the story of our honoree in a video segment to be broadcast on JTV’s The Bart Hawley Show and online at JTV, The Sam Bernstein Law Firm and our various social media pages.  The Sam Bernstein Law Firm will present an award plaque to our Hometown Hero and a $250 donation will be made to a charity selected by the honoree’s department.
